BOOK REVIEW: Teagan of Tomorrow Legend of Rhyme Series Vol. 1 Book 3 by Jaime Lee Mann

BLURB:

The powerful sorcerer Asgall has been banished from the magic realm of Coraira, but not before throwing twins Asher and Ariana Caine into the future. In a place and time without magic, the two are on their own, unable to use their powers to get back home.

Meanwhile, a new darkness has entered Coraira, threatening all of the world’s magic and all of those who practice it. Only the combined power of Asher, Ariana, and a mysterious girl named Teagan can protect the realms.

Will the twins find Teagan in time?
Could this new darkness strangle all of the world’s light?
What if the twins never get back to the people and place they love?

REVIEW BY: Arianna, age 12 years, 9 months

MAY CONTAIN SPOILER:

This was a magnificent book that had me on edge throughout the entire thing! Ariana and Asher travel to 2015 and almost everyone they knew is dead. Teagan, a descendant of the twins falls through a pixie tree into Coraira where she encounters Elora. She beats Elora, wakes up the remaining ancients and finds out that she is the apprentice of the Sea Queen Starla. When Ariana and Asher try to get home they go too far into the past.

My favorite character is Teagan because she is brave, yet witty and resourceful. My favorite part is when the twins wander around the modern day world and don't know who anyone is. I think it is funny because they have no idea about technology and everyone else does.

I recommend this book to people who love exciting adventures, spunky heroines, twists and a land full of brilliant magic!

I give this book 4 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 10 and up.

This books publishing date is October 6, 2015.
