A long, long time ago, a baby Ankylosaurus is born on a volcano erupting ground. As the little Ankylosaurus begins wandering around, a big Tyrannosaurus comes along. He is about to pounce when the baby cries out, "Daddy!" and grabs onto his leg. The baby thinks the Tyrannosaurus is his father, so as not to disappoint the little one, he takes on the task of raising a baby Ankylosaur. The two develop ever stronger bonds of love, but soon comes the day when they must part. Highlighting the importance of family, this sweet picture book celebrates the love between father and son.

MAY CONTAIN SPOILER:
I really liked this book because I love my daddy. He is the best daddy ever because he does everything like teach me things that are so funny!
This book is about a T-Rex and another dinosaur that is a baby, although they are very different, the T-Rex takes care of the baby dinosaur for awhile. The T-Rex was about to eat the baby dinosaur until the baby said "daddy". That's how the baby dinosaur got his name of "Yummy".
Throughout the book the T-Rex defends "Yummy" from other predators. They begin to teach each other about unconditional love between a daddy and his child and other lessons that daddies teach their kids.
This book made me sad at the end because T-Rex had to leave Yummy. I really liked the pictures in this book because of the colors.
I give this book 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 4 to 9.
